Prior to this position, he served as Assistant Principal at La Costa Canyon High School and San Dieguito High School Academy, bringing over a decade of administrative experience serving diverse school communities. These early experiences cemented his core belief that every single student needs a champion and a reason to show up each day ready to learn. Today, this philosophy guides his highly collaborative leadership approach. Nate is passionate about working side by side with teachers, staff, and families to create a positive school environment where all students can thrive.
